Stealth Knitting

In a previous post, I mentioned that I started something new.

But I can't talk about it! It's a gift. The recipient knows I'm knitting something--but doesn't know the specifics. I'd like it to be a surprise.

I do need to keep careful track of the 24-row pattern repeat.

But the pattern is easy enough that I can read and knit at the same time. (Though this knitting will see me through the play-offs and I'll be working on it when the Yankees play in the World Series.)

If I knew what you were knitting, I'd knit one too while watching the Phillies play the Yankees in the World Series ;0

How on earth do you knit and read? I'd be lost for sure.

It's fun to get these little hints as your project grows.

Baseball, knitting, and reading make great companions. Enjoy all three.

Gah! 24 row repeats? Lady, you are almost into extreme knitting, there. hehe
