Beautiful tulips! I hope it warms up soon there. Though, I have heard that it being so cold on your side of the country lets it be warmer here. You would have to be here to believe how beautiful it has been here, 80 degrees, everyone out in shorts. No sign of winter at all. Your clapotis is coming along nicely.
